Autism

The Cellular Health Foundation is dedicated to enhancing lives at the cellular level, with a focus on supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. By addressing key health and wellness challenges identified by leading autism organizations, the Foundation aims to promote understanding, acceptance, and optimal well-being for those living with autism.

Autism Spectrum and Cellular Health

The Cellular Health Foundation’s mission is to complete research and education that impacts lives at the cellular level. This means, to help every individual enjoy a healthy and optimally functioning body all the way to the cellular level.

The Foundation is committed to helping those on the autism spectrum enjoy a healthy and optimally functioning body, as well.

The Autism Society of America’s Health and Wellness | Autism Society identifies twelve areas that education and research is needed.

Health and Wellness is one of those twelve. They state that optimal health and well-being are essential in successful independence in school, work, and social activities. They also believe that those on the spectrum must practice healthy eating habits, engage in healthy sleep routines, and engage in moderate exercise.

Autism Speaks Health and Wellness | Autism Speaks stresses the importance of well-being for those who live each day on the spectrum. They too report that poor fitness, feeding and gastrointestinal issues as well as sleep disorders are common in children and adults on the spectrum.

Cellular Health Foundation plans to dive deep into research to help identify causes and supports for food allergies, narrowing of food choices, autism and obesity, picky eating, pica, and other nutritional imbalances sited on the Autism Speaks web site Nutrition | Autism Speaks .

Cellular Health Foundation intends to connect families and professionals, who care for, educate, and nurture independence to effective strategies, interventions and resources that can help expand skills of those individuals on the spectrum. Helpful articles, book recommendations, tools and equipment ideas will be offered.

Cellular Health Foundation is committed to bringing better understanding and acceptance,

of those who live on the autism spectrum, to the greater community.
